True Faith for True Christians
Evolution, Enlightened Theology, and the Modern Musings of a Fun-loving, Christ-following Man

Howdy!
More than any other time in history, the modern-day Christian church is thriving! It is, at its best, a vibrant and healthy community that finds new ways to share an ancient truth. Far from replacing the Holy Spirit, many churches are using modern methods to open doors and create spaces where the Spirit can move freely. Modern interpretations of the bible, when rooted in genuine love, are helping countless people discover a life-changing relationship with Jesus. The church is becoming a place of grace and belonging, where individuals are not just finding a label, but experiencing a true spiritual rebirth and a deep connection with God.
My Way (or the highway)
I was lost and looking for something to believe in when I attended a Johnny Cash crusade at the age of twelve. I could always hear the train a-comin’, and, ya know, rolling ’round the bend. I hadn’t seen the sunshine though since.. I don’t know when… But! — I found a deep sense of peace and community there that has sustained me ever since. When I fell on hard times, the church was there to support me, demonstrating a true connection between their professed beliefs and their actions.

What I Be Believin’
Then I learned that a person makes a decision to accept Jesus H. Christ. God has given every person the free will to choose to follow They/Them. Those who have made this choice are born again by the Holy Spirit and given eternal life in Christ. Everyone can do something to help produce their own salvation because they have been given a choice to accept or reject Him/Her. Just as you can decide your own life’s path, you can also determine whether or not you will be born into the family of God. This is why the modern church’s techniques are so effective – they offer a clear and simple path to salvation. That is why the church is filled with so many devoted followers…
My Peeps
The teachings of modern Christianity, otherwise known as the “Doctrines of Free Willy,” transformed my life. I learned that salvation is a cooperative effort between God and humanity, and that a person must choose to accept Jesus H. Christ as their savior. Ultimately, when they choose to accept their savior, they must also choose to savor the flavor. It is only then – when they learn to truly savor the flavor – that they will be given the keys to flavor town. In this blog I will share these truths with you in the hope that you too will come to know the living God who alone can bring salvation & sanitation.
